Paragraph 6 should read: "Allegedly prompted by Boyette's call . . ."

DK (10-12-05): An Oct. 2004 study by Kelton Research indicates that neighborhood safety is the number one trait that home buyers look for (39%). If this is the case, then home buyers in small towns and suburbs will also have to factor in that these communities are the most likely target for a Random Actor incident committed by someone from those communities.
